Showcase of Kitchens
This April, the Junior League of Raleigh (JLR) will sponsor the fourth annual Showcase of Kitchens, a two-day event featuring eight kitchens in Wake County. The 2010 Showcase of Kitchens is scheduled for April 29-May 1 and some of the best kitchens in Raleigh are opening their front doors to YOU! Spend a day, or two, touring eight exquisite kitchens in private homes all located within the Beltline.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 throughout the two-day tour. Each ticket is good for both days and will allow you admission into each home one time. Tickets ordered in advance will be mailed the second week of April 2010. Tickets will provide the addresses to all homes featured on the Tour as well as brief directions to each home. For more detailed directions and an area map, please revisit the League’s Web site, www.jlraleigh.org, after April 1. This year’s kitchens are located on the following streets:

Chesterfield Road
Showcase of Kitchens is a self-guided tour, so please feel free to visit the kitchens in any order. A kitchen docent will provide design details for each home on the tour. Each home will also feature special in home presentations from local restaurants and retail stores, tabletop designs, culinary demonstrations and more.
