Since becoming a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) in 1930, the Junior League of Raleigh has developed women leaders and created meaningful community impact throughout Wake County.
The 1930 Society recognizes our most dedicated Annual Fund supporters—individuals whose generosity helps ensure the League continues to lead, serve, and strengthen our community for generations to come.

Why 1930?
The 1930 Society takes its name from the year the Junior League of Raleigh officially became a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International.
Since then, generations of League members have strengthened our community through volunteer action, leadership development, philanthropy, and service.
The 1930 Society honors that legacy while ensuring the League remains strong for generations to come.
Membership in the 1930 Society
Membership in the 1930 Society recognizes individuals who make a leadership-level investment in the Junior League of Raleigh’s Annual Fund.
Annual Giving Level
1930 Society: $950–$1,499
The current giving level reflects the League’s 95th anniversary. Beginning in 2030, the minimum annual gift will increase to $1,000 in celebration of the League’s 100th anniversary as a member of AJLI.
