nOg Run Club | Flip Flop 1k – June 10

JLR members are invited to join the nOg Run Club Saturday, June 10, for the Guinness World Record Flip Flop 1K and help raise money for the League.

The Flip Flop 1K is a non-timed 1K fun run and everyone must wear unaltered “thong” flop flops! The race begins at 11 a.m. in Cary at Bond Brothers Beer Company. Please arrive by 10:45 a.m. After the run, there will be food trucks at Bond Brothers.

Registration is $20 and the cost per runner is $10 (every runner receives a polyblend shirt). nOg Run Club will donate $10 of every participant you get to sign up to the League. The first person to register from the League will need to create a team name. You can spread the word about the race and the club will donate $10 for every participant who registers under your team name. Included in your registration is a race shirt which MUST BE WORN DURING THE RUN. If you are not wearing thong (unaltered) sandals, you will not be able to participate.

For more information about the run click here. If you are interested in participating and to raise funds for the League, please respond to info@nogrunclub.com.
