AJLI is running a series of webinars on key topics covered in former ODIs for a new civic leadership development program. The two January webinars will focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). Members will have the opportunity to learn and explore key DEIB concepts, as well as to build facilitation skills to further conversations within their Leagues and communities.

The first session, “Learning Through Illustration: Introduction to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging”, is scheduled for January 5 at 4 p.m. or January 6 at 1 p.m.

The second session, “Learning Through Illustration: Barriers to Belonging”, will be held on January 19 at 4 p.m. and January 20 at 1 p.m.
