A Shopping SPREE! 2023

The Junior League of Raleigh Hosts 39th Annual A Shopping SPREE!     

The Junior League of Raleigh’s (JLR) popular holiday tradition is back, offering a unique shopping experience while raising money for nonprofit programs and community service initiatives in Wake County. A Shopping SPREE! will host dozens of regional and national exhibitors at the Jim Graham Building at the NC State Fairgrounds Nov. 30-Dec. 3.

We are accepting exhibitors in most categories through September 30. After that, we might have limited space available.

Please join us for an all-member open house at the Center for Community Leadership on Thursday, October 12.

Drop in any time between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. for wine and nibbles.

Day of Giving

We did it! $83,135 raised on our 6th Annual Day of Giving. 

Thank you to our members, family, and friends for helping us exceed our goal of raising $70,000 in 24 hours for the Junior League’s of Raleigh’s Annual Fund. Contributions to the Annual Fund help fulfill the League’s mission to promote volunteerism, develop the potential of women, and improve the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

JLR recruitment events

Recruitment for the provisional class of 2024-25 begins this fall. Events happen monthly through March and include socials, virtual meetings, volunteer opportunities, and donation drives.

  • September 27th – Ice Cream Social at Pullen Park at 6:00 pm
  • October 4th – Information Session at CCL at 6:30 pm
