Showcase of Kitchens
Spend the day (or two!) touring ten exquisite kitchens in private homes located in central and North Raleigh as well as in the Preston community of Cary. Join us for the Third Annual Showcase of Kitchens April 17-18, 2009.
Tickets are $20 and good for both days of the tour. Each ticket permits you into each home one time. Tickets will be mailed out the first week of April 2009. The ticket will feature the addresses to the tour homes and brief directions to each house. For more detailed directions and a map of the kitchens, please check back after April 1. This year’s kitchens are located on the following streets:
Calton Drive, Raleigh
Haymarket Lane, Raleigh
Justice Drive, Raleigh
Stratford Court, Raleigh
Wakestone Drive, Raleigh
Eton Road, Raleigh
West Lenoir Street, Raleigh
Grey Horse Drive, Cary
Grey Bridge Row, Cary
Pond Bluff Way, Cary
This is a self-guided tour, so please feel free to visit the kitchens in any order. A kitchen docent will be at each home on the tour and will provide the design details for each kitchen. Box lunches will be for sale at one of the homes on the tour. Each home will feature special events such as food sampling from local restaurants, You’re Invited cookbooks for sale, tabletop design and more.
